Help getting a Hero with Prophecies character - Guild Wars Forums

After searching wiki, google, these fourms, and asking a few people in game, i still cant seem to figure this out. I hope this isnt some noob question thats right under my nose i cant seem to find, but here goes.

Is it possble to get heros with a character made in Prophecies. I just got nightfall last night and want to use my current charcter still to get heros with. But i cant seem to get even the first hero Kossin(i think its his name, lvl2 W) Can characters only made in Nightfall get heros? Sorry if its been covered like a million times. If it has i cant seem to find crap about it. Im not looking for a whole walkthrough or explantion on how, just a smiple yes or no would be fine really.

Yes.
There should be a guy in Kamadon that will give you Koss, Dunkoro, Meloni, and Talhkora in a few miniutes. Talk to second (first?) spear David (?) in Kamadon, near the docks.
